In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir together so the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.

Pour in the plant milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir everything well until thoroughly combined. The chia seeds will thicken the mixture overnight.

Add half of the mixed berries and fold them gently into the oat mixture. The berries will soften overnight and release their natural juices, adding beautiful colour.

Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours. The oats will absorb the milk and become thick and creamy in texture.

In the morning, give the oats a stir. If too thick, add a splash of milk. Top with remaining fresh berries and a drizzle of almond butter. Enjoy straight from the jar.
💡 Pro Tip
Make 5 jars on Sunday for the whole week. Use different berries each day — strawberries, blueberries, raspberries — to keep it interesting and varied.
